A foolproof, hands-off recipe for tasty, juicy baked chicken thighs, in a sweet and salty ginger-soy sauce that has a touch of honey and butter.

Time to Prep:
Grate fresh ginger
Add to lemon juice, garlic, cayenne and soy sauce in a bowl.
Whisk together.
Tuck the shallots around the chicken thighs.
Add the sauce and turn to coat both sides.
After baking, pour the juices into a saucepan with honey and butter, and reduce.
Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and put the pan back in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp and caramelize the skin.
Sprinkle with green onion.
