Ingredients

pine nuts

fresh herbs & onion

chickpeas asparagus

cucumber

feta cheese

lemon juice

Place dry orzo in a skillet.

Toast over medium heat until golden.

Whisk lemon, garlic, cumin and olive oil to make the dressing.

Toss dressing with cooked orzo, asparagus and remaining ingredients and serve.
