This fresh, herby green sauce recipe with jalapeño and garlic takes just 5 minutes to make. It will add a big spark of bright flavor to just about anything you put it on!


white wine vinegar or lemon juice

extra-virgin olive oil

1 bunch each fresh cilantro and parsley, stems trimmed off


kosher salt


Remove non-tender stems from the herbs.

Put the vinegar, chili pepper and garlic in a food processor.

Put the herbs on top and pour over the olive oil.

Process until almost smooth.

And it's ready to serve!
