Ingredients
ground chicken
egg
garlic
salt, chili, pepper, herbs
pesto
Parmesan
Panko
Put all the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl.
Combine with a spoon or large fork until well mixed.
Form into balls with moist hands (or use
a cookie scoop
). Arrange on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper for easy clean up).
Bake 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
Serve the meatballs however you'd like! They're delicious with
marinara sauce
, pesto sauce, or garlic butter.
