Ingredients
Trim off and discard the tough ends of the stalk.
Slice the floret tops away from the tender stem.
Slice the stem crosswise 1/2-inch wide.
Slice tops into florets about as wide your finger.
Heat the pan, then add the olive oil, salt and broccoli in one layer.
Cook undisturbed 5-8 minutes, until brown on one side.
Add the garlic, chili and water. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Serve with lemon and grated cheese.
