My house recipe for crusty, crispy roasted potatoes.  They are outrageously good! I’ve perfected the recipe to a “T"


yellow potatoes


fresh rosemary

salt + pepper

Scrub the potatoes and trim off any spots.

Slice the potatoes into wedges...

...then into 1 1/2-inch chunks.

Finely chop a clove of garlic and fresh rosemary.

Toss the potatoes on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 425F 20-25 minutes.

Add the garlic and rosemary and roast 5 more minutes.

Enjoy them hot and crispy!
