A dreamy 30-minute pasta recipe!
Bowtie pasta in a light, creamy sauce with Italian sausage, tangy umami-packed sun-dried tomatoes and perfectly tender broccolini.

Time to Prep:
Slice the onion and dried tomatoes and trim the broccolini stems
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 8 minutes.
Cook the sausage, then scoop it out and add the onion. Add the sausage back in along with the remaining ingredients and simmer.
Add the broccolini to the pasta water about 30 seconds before draining.
Add the pasta, broccolini, cream and Parmesan to the pan. Turn the heat up to medium-high and simmer 5-8 minutes, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve warm in bowls, topped with additional Parmesan cheese if you like.
