I just tried this recipe in my vitamix but made the slight mistake of reducing it to a single size serving (doesn't blend well with such little ingredients). I added 2 icecubes and 1 tsp virgin cold pressed coconut oil to make it a bit smoother and a little icy. It was SOOOO good but I think I'll reduce the coco powder to 1.5 tbs (rather than 2 tbs) as it is very chocolatey. Thanks so much for the recipe.
recipe for 1 person:
1/4 ripe Hass avocado, peeled and pitted
1 tbs agave nectar or maple syrup or honey
1 tsp organic evaporated cane juice or brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon shoyu or soy sauce
1 tbs and 1 tsp high-quality cocoa powder
